Help Desk Specialist Full-time

and Experience:

The successful candidate must meet the following minimal education and experience metrics:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • CompTIA Security +, or IAT (CE) Level I baseline and IAT Level II certification.

To perform the job successfully, the successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Strong people skills with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Must be able to interact with hospital staff in a courteous and polite manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • ITIL Certification is a plus

This position reports to the Program Manager at enGenius
