Data Management Supervisor Full-time

A large North American Insurance Firm, and one of The Select Group's biggest clients, located in Boston, is looking for an individual to work as a Data Management Supervisor, in which you will be responsible for building, expanding and maintaining the digital Business Intelligence capabilities for the company's Wealth and Asset Management in U.S. and Europe. You will be responsible for collaborating with digital channel owners to enhance reporting efficiencies and deliver a tailored dashboard. Further, in this role, you will mine a variety of resources to create intelligence briefings and manage high level cross-marketing and targeting initiatives.


  • Experience with managing APIs and building data architecture
  • Experience with building compelling dashboard to effectively represent data
  • SQL and JSON expertise to retrieve data via APIs
  • Self-motivated team player with a specialist?s mindset on statistical and marketing analysis
  • Ability to turn large volumes of data into a concise story and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
  • Business Intelligence tools and data architecture expertise (DOMO, Qlik, Tableau)
  • Interest in forecasting models, Python and R
  • Strong organizational, communications, and time management skills


  • Build and maintain the stack of API connections to all of the company's digital marketing technologies.
  • Expand the company's BI footprint for our digital capabilities.
  • Maintain the data architecture inside the BI tool.
  • Lead the data governance and strategy for all digital campaign initiatives across the organization.
  • Build and maintain data architecture retrieval process of all digital channels using BI tools and API management systems to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze data to deliver UI/UX and custom insights on various digital touchpoints.
  • Track key marketing metrics and benchmarks, develop and create key reporting approaches, link analyses to business outcomes.
  • Drive consistent engagement on data and ensure the data is utilized in all pockets of the business.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $73.00 /hour


  • Dashboard/Dashboard Building: 3 years (Required)
  • Forecasting Models: 1 year (Preferred)

  • API Management and Data Architecture: 3 years (Required)
