Payroll Financial Admin/Lead Full-time

The Finance Team has an opening for a Financial Administrative Assistant. This person performs multiple tasks under fast paced conditions in an office environment and requires the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES)
  • Maintain Kronos time and attendance system (add new employees, change employee status, etc.)
  • Send daily status report of current Kronos issues
  • Payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Resolve issues with employee?s pay
  • Maintain and account for all Kronos change forms (miss punch and meal waivers)
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) processing through SAP Purchasing process and
  • Amex P-Card website - Analyze purchasing card activity
  • Work on other projects as assigned
  • Ensure monthly P2P KPIs met
  • Provide support for month end close, including accrual & reclass journal entries
  • Assist with Fixed Asset Audits
  • Participate in the FI Pillar: Example: Responsible for daily reporting of production line losses. Partner with Line Resources to analyze these losses and assist in developing reporting processes to support continuous improvement.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree preferred but experience and other education will be considered
  • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize duties with a sense of urgency
  • Strong computer skills; working knowledge of MS Excel & Word required, SAP and Kronos experience a plus.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, accountable and dedicated to continuous improvement
