We are hiring delivery drivers to join our Team here at The Healthy Cannabis Co. We are seeking someone professional, energetic, down to earth and enjoy working with others to deliver cannabis and like goods to our clients around Portland and surrounding towns. Our customer care standards are at the highest, and we expect the best from our employees to offer that to our clients.

Summary of Duties:

The Healthy Cannabis Co. team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly experience over the phone and in person. Helping our patients navigate through the ordering process smoothly while always providing the highest level of customer service. Delivering each product safely to our clients. We are looking for a hard-working self-starter who thinks clearly in high-pressure situations. Heavy internal and external communications are a meaningful part of this role. While understanding and embracing the Mission of The Healthy Cannabis Co, affiliate organization(s), and their role in the industry, and local and greater communities.

Examples of Duties (This list may not include all the duties assigned):

  • Set-up and Process customers? orders efficiently
  • Log any issues and suggest/implement process improvements
  • Package orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer serviceby phone and during in-person interactions
  • Deliver orders to clients in a timely manner, and having the ability to communicate with the customer if there are any delays
  • Develop and maintain a friendly rapport with our clients and staff
  • Ensure client concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly/efficiently.
  • Communicate client requests and/or problems to the manager when necessary
  • Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines
  • Perform other related work as required

Performance Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • MUST be at least 21 years old
  • MUST have your own insured vehicle at this time
  • MUST possess a valid driver's license
  • Understanding of cannabis, medicine, sales, marketing, team-building
  • Excellent customer service, communication, dependability
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, problem-solving, creating efficient processes
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about cannabis, sales, education, marketing and relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service background preferred
  • Student mentality with a hunger for continual growth and challenges
  • Works well with others, is a team-player, cool under pressure and makes it happen
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and successful delivery of orders to patients in a timely manner
  • Continually grow sales in the Portland region and beyond
  • Create and maintain long-lasting healthy relationships in the community
  • Keeping track of sales, invoicing, ordering, delivery routes, and inventory
  • Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required)
  • Excellent communication, social and organization skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability

Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent education. A Minimum of One Year in Retail, Cash and Customer Service preferred.
