Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist Full-time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree
  • Minimum years: 2 years outside sales
  • Valid Driver?s License

Details:

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to deliver results within the territory
  • Utilize expertise within the GSK Selling Model to obtain maximum customer commitment from targeted specialist, primary care customers, and other key decision makers in support of the GSK Respiratory Ellipta Portfolio
  • Proactively decide on activities/actions to maximize customer opportunities (i.e. educational programs, HQ-approved resources)
  • Perform all required duties in assigned territory in accordance with the expectations indicated in the GSK Selling Ways
  • Embrace and follow GSK policies, practices, risk-based standards and values

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated selling skills, including F2F selling, strategic thinking, driving results, and the ability to ask for the business
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and support customers throughout the selling process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal influencing and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated competency in science, business acumen, and customer engagement
  • Proven ability to utilize customer focused selling techniques to develop and maintain customer opportunities
  • 2+ years of institutional, IDN, or large account pharma, biotech or device sales experience
  • Broad understanding of the local healthcare marketplace and key trends.
