Kaiser Permanente Northwes - Honolulu, HI - Under indirect supervision, assists Patient ID Specialist staff with maintenance of regional Patient ID system and notifies appropriate departments of modifications to same. Receives and processes regional requests for medical record numbers. Performs variety of clerical duties p
